Yes, we can arrange transfers from Praslin Airport and Baie Ste Anne Jetty. Transfer costs are paid directly to the driver on arrival. Please provide your flight or ferry details when booking so we can arrange this for you.

You can travel to Praslin by Air Seychelles (15-minute flight) or by Cat Cocos ferry (approximately 1 hour). The ferry departs from Victoria Harbour, Mahé, and arrives at Baie Ste Anne Jetty, Praslin. We recommend booking both in advance, especially in peak season.

Grand Anse beach is just 50 metres from the property — a one-minute walk. It is one of Praslin's longest and most beautiful beaches, with calm, clear water ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Yes, Grand Anse beach has water sports operators offering snorkelling trips, kayak rental, and boat excursions to nearby islands such as La Digue and Curieuse Island. The Vallée de Mai UNESCO World Heritage Site is also a short drive away.

Yes, we work with Explorer Cars, a trusted local car hire company on Praslin. A range of vehicles is available including small cars, SUVs, and 4x4s. Contact us when booking and we will put you in touch with Explorer Cars to arrange your vehicle.

Yes, Tourterelle has a shared outdoor swimming pool set in our tropical garden. The pool is available to all guests throughout the day.

Yes, we offer a continental breakfast add-on which can be added to your booking. Alternatively, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket within easy reach.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure online booking system. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
