Our four Studio Apartments sit on the first floor of Tourterelle Holiday Home, each with a private balcony that invites you to slow down and take in the tropical greenery of Grand Anse. These are beautifully proportioned bed-sitters, clever in their layout, with every amenity arranged so that two people can live comfortably and spontaneously — cook a late breakfast after a long morning swim, or crack open a cold Seybrew on the balcony as the evening cools. The kitchenette is fully equipped for genuine self-catering: refrigerator, microwave, cooking hob, crockery, and everything you need to prepare simple meals from the local market produce. The bed is made up with fresh linen on your arrival, and daily housekeeping keeps everything crisp throughout your stay. Air conditioning, free WiFi, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels mean that the odd rainy afternoon is no hardship at all. Our two Studio Interconnected Apartments are a pair of first-floor studios joined by an internal connecting door, making them one of the most flexible accommodation options in Grand Anse. Keep the door open and you have a generous living space for a small family or group; close it and you have two private rooms that share a convenient internal link. The balcony runs the width of both studios, giving you a broader sweep of the surrounding palm-filled gardens. The interconnected layout is particularly well suited to families with older children or teenagers who want their own sleeping space but still want to be under the same roof. It also works wonderfully for two couples travelling together, or for anyone who simply values the extra room to breathe. Each studio has its own fully equipped kitchenette, so there is never any queuing for the microwave, and both are fitted with air conditioning and free WiFi. Set on the ground floor of our property, each of these two apartments opens directly onto a private patio surrounded by the lush tropical garden, offering a natural outdoor living room where children can play freely and adults can linger over long dinners under the stars. Inside, the apartment is arranged with two separate bedrooms, each comfortably furnished and fitted with air conditioning and fresh linen. The open-plan living and dining area flows easily into a full kitchenette, making it a genuine home away from home. There is room to store beach bags and snorkelling gear, a full-size refrigerator to keep groceries and cold drinks, and enough space for a family to move around each other without collision. Daily housekeeping means you never have to think about making beds or replacing towels. The ground-floor patio is one of the things our Two-Bedroom guests return for again and again. On warm evenings — which is most evenings in Praslin — it becomes the heart of the holiday: a cold drink, the sound of the garden settling into night, and the easy conversation that only seems to happen when everyone is truly relaxed.
